Farmstead Feta - A2 Cheese

Clearview Dairy's cows produce milk free of the A1 casein making it potentially easier on digestion. Our cheese is made from our herd of cows and processed locally. It is unique because it is made with only A2 milk, which has been found to help people with digestion issues. It has the same great flavors as traditional cheese, but with many added bonuses. Clearview Dairy is located in Fond du Lac, WI.

This cheese name is inspired by the deep roots in farming going back 6 generations. In fact, Clearview Dairy sits on the farmstead originated in 1848!

Same great taste as any Feta made from cows milk, but a1 free. Crumbly and delicious to enjoy on a salad or however you want.
