Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound Waseda Farms Door County Cherry Bratwurst
- 1 pound Olden Organics Farm Organic Savory Hash
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 (3.5 oz.) packet Pink Himalayan Salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1 pound Farmhouse Lightly Salted Rolled Butter
- 4 Schwittay Farms Farm Fresh Eggs
- 1 loaf Great Harvest Bread Co.Dakota Bread
Directions
1. Remove bratwurst from casings.
2. Add bratwurst to a large skillet and cook over medium high heat, breaking it up into small pieces until browned, about 10 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet to paper towels to drain.
3. Open container of Savory Hash; remove sage and rosemary and finely chop.
4. Add avocado oil to skillet and heat over medium heat. Add Organic Savory Hash vegetables, chopped sage and rosemary, a pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in reserved sausage; reduce heat to low and keep warm.
5. Meanwhile, in another skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Crack eggs into skillet, season with a couple pinches Himalayan Sea Salt and pepper; cook to desired doneness.
6. To serve: toast sliced Dakota bread, spread with butter and your choice of Wienke jam. Spoon hash onto serving plates. Top each serving with an egg and a slice of toast.
