Himalayan Seared Turkey Patty with Vidalia Onion Dressing by Chef Champion

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using a medium non-stick skillet on medium heat add in the turkey patty with a little of butter,
  2. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked all the way though
  3. Serve with a side salad or dressing. This can also be a turkey burger as well. This is a healthy gluten free choice however.

Healthy Fun Fact: Turkey is rich in B-complex vitamins niacin, B6 and B12 and the essential nutrient choline. Its also a good source of the minerals magnesium and phosphorus, and it provides iron, potassium and zinc. It’s also high in selenium, which may help support your immune system.
