The Coulotte, also known as the Picanha or Sirloin Cap, is a favorite at Brazilian Steakhouses. Use your favorite marinade and it will be the highlight of your next Churrasco dinner! Best when cooked to medium rare.
The Picanha is a medium size steak hand trimmed by our in house butchers in De Pere.
