Bison Ribeye Steak

Bison has a lighter flavor than beef, with a certain sweetness to it. Bison meat is high in iron content, giving it a distinct "earthy" flavor. Steak is made from 100% grass-fed Bison raised by Polish Ponderosa in Berlin, Wisconsin. This steak pairs well with our Yukon Gold Potatoes.
