Curried Pickled Zucchini
This unique pickle is made with a vinegar sweetened by local honey and organic Wisconsin zucchini. We use small, tender yellow/green zucchinis from a small local farm to create this crisp, delicious spin on your average pickle. Not spicy, but full of spices to keep life interesting. A great addition to your charcuterie board, spring salad, or right out of the jar.

Fed Up Foods was founded in 2019 by current owner Melissa Haack and close friend Miranda, who left the business early to pursue other dreams. After seeing less-than-perfect produce getting composted and 'graded out', Melissa wanted to find a place for all of the miscreant produce that she was surrounded with. She wanted to create shelf stable products with whatever produce she could find. And so, with knowledge of canning from seeing her mother do it, Melissa refined her food preservation skills. What started as a small kitchen with a big idea transformed into what is now known as Fed Up Foods.
