Door County Cherry Bratwurst from Heritage Berkshire hogs raised humanely on partner farms through the Midwest.

A classic brat with a little Door County flair. Our delicious ground pork, along with subtle tart cherry sweetness. Great for grilling, game time, or any other celebration in any season. 

Approximately 1 lb (16 oz) total, with 4 brats per pack.

INGREDIENTS: Pork, Cherries, Water, Untreated Salt, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Allspice, Coriander, Cane Sugar, Celery, Red Pepper.
