Our Asian Greens Mix from Olden Organics in Ripon, Wisconsin is jam packed with tons of nutrients. It also has plenty of colors to catch your eyes and exciting flavors to enliven your salads. It contains Arugula, Gold Streaks/ Ruby Streaks Japanese Mustard, Tatsoi, Komatsuna, and Tokyo Bekana.

The greens are grown in hoop houses all winter long which are not heated. The plants freeze and thaw with the temperatures and this is what sweetens greens in the winter.
