Collection: Clearview Dairy - Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin
The Clearview Dairy story begins in 2016 when Louis and Jenny Averbeck purchased dairy cows from Louis' parents, making them the 6th generation. This farm has been in the Averbeck family since 1848. They recognized a growing need for dairy products for people with dairy sensitivities, and so this started their A1 beta casein free herd of Holsteins and Jerseys. Their cows enjoy seasonal access to pasture and high forage diets. These diets are filled with vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and are free of animal byproducts. They are a family based farm devoted to working together and carrying the generational farm onward.
