Two Guernsey Girls is run by a mother-daughter duo and their family, bottling A2A2 milk and making small-batch cheese curds with the goal of sharing the goodness of dairy with everyone. 

A2A2 milk refers to a difference in types of protein in milk. These proteins, A1 and A2, are nutritionally identical, but some research suggests that A2 milk proteins are easier for some people to digest.
